Preferred Travel update – A long list of thank yous

A big thank you to all out customers during this very difficult period, thank you also to our staff who have worked non-stop in the office and in resort  to ensure all our holidaymakers were  well looked after  and arrived home safely when their holiday plans were disrupted. Once all our customers were safely back in the UK our attention has turned to those with bookings departing in the next few weeks and ensuring that they are kept fully aware of the situation with regards to their holiday.

We are sorry that we’ve not always been available to take your call or answer your queries immediately. I am sure you’ll understand that in such difficult circumstances we are prioritising our efforts whilst ensuring we now also follow the Government guidance on working from home. Customers booked to travel with us in the next few months can be assured we will be in touch with them if indeed we haven’t already.  Thank you all again for your patience.

The final thank you is to the holidaymakers who were overseas on our holidays when restrictions on movements began being introduced and airlines began cancelling large numbers of flights. Their good nature and understanding during a difficult week was greatly appreciated. Pictures such as these from our resort representative in Catalonia showing customers  who should have been enjoying being outside in great weather and scenery but were  instead inside making the most of impromptu Spanish lessons, quizzes and warming up for an indoor 5km walk really kept the spirits up – thank you!
