If you travel outside the European Economic Area, controls on data protection may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will only pass your information on to persons responsible for your travel arrangements. Advance Passenger Information (API): the UK government requires all airlines to collect API for all passengers. API includes name, date of birth, nationality, gender and passport details (number, country of issue, issue and expiry dates). Some airlines collect API at the airport and others at the time of booking. In the case of the latter you must provide API to us or we will be unable to process your booking. We shall collect from you any costs incurred for amendments to inaccurate or incomplete API you provide to us. You must tell us of any changes to the API provided at least 14 days prior to travel.
